  Once Sleepy's admitted that the first mattress we purchased had failed (an admission that was initially hard to obtain), they did the right thing and offered to replace the mattress. Thanks to Karen at the Consumer Relations department and Steve at the New Milford store, we got a new mattress at no additional cost (except for a new recycling fee of $9 recently introduced in certain states). We are happy with the new Serta mattress. It appears to be a better build than the previous one and hopefully will remain firm for a while. After a good night's sleep the neck and back pain is gone. Thanks Sleepy's.
